Welcome to the 19th Dancing à la Carte!

Thank you for joining us this Memorial Weekend and for helping create another year filled with excitement, beautiful dancing, and unforgettable memories together.

We truly appreciate your support — whether this is your very first competition or you have been dancing with us for many years. Your passion, dedication, and love for dance are what make this event so special year after year.

We are honored to celebrate this wonderful weekend with all of you and look forward to seeing your artistry and joy shine on the dance floor.

Information Guide

📍 Registration Desk – Coat Room, 3rd Floor


                                    

Please visit the registration desk upon arrival for check-in, event information, schedules, and assistance for competitors.

📍 All-Day Pass Wristband


Please receive your all-day pass wristband from the door personnel at the ballroom entrance in exchange for your admission ticket.                                                                                                                                                                  All guests must wear the wristband at all times in order to enter the ballroom and competition areas.

👗 Changing Room - Waterford Room and  Kilkenny Room 3rd Floor


Changing rooms are available for competitors throughout the event weekend. Please help us keep the area clean and organized for all dancers.

💃 Practice Room - Longford Room 3rd Floor
                                                                                                                         A designated practice room will be available for warming up and final preparation before your events.

💄 Hair & Make-Up Room - King George Suite 3rd Floor
                                                                                                    Hair and make-up services and preparation areas will be available for competitors during the competition.

🍽️ Meals for Advanced Purchasers: Grand Ballroom 3rd Floor
Meals will be provided for guests and competitors who purchased meal packages in advance. Please check your meal tickets and scheduled serving times.

Saturday Breakfast 8:30 AM -10:30 AM
Saturday Lunch 1:00 PM -3:00 PM
